This prototype is designed to collect as little information as possible. It currently has no advertising, account system, newsletter, contact form or analytics tag.

What the browser stores.
The ingredient worksheet saves one preference—Metric or US units—in your browser’s local storage. That preference stays on your device and is not sent to Baozi Atlas. Checklist marks are not saved.
No Google Analytics measurement ID, advertising tag or third-party cookie banner is installed in this build.
When the site is hosted
Basic technical processing.
The planned host is Cloudflare Pages. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process network and request information for content delivery, reliability and security. Baozi Atlas will not enable optional Cloudflare Web Analytics without updating this page.
Future changes
Analytics will require a visible choice.
If privacy-conscious analytics are added later, the site will describe the data and purpose here and will not load the analytics tag until a visitor actively allows it. An “Analytics choices” control will remain available so the choice can be changed.
This policy will display an effective date when the production site launches.
